Shipping Policy

At Cayucas, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and thoughtfully as possible. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During new product launches or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations & Timelines

We currently ship within the U.S. and Mexico. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Mexico: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Preorders and Made-to-Order Items

If your item is a preorder or part of a Kickstarter reward, estimated delivery times will be clearly stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. These items are made with intention and care — we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cayucas is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping provider first. For additional support, please email us at hello@cayucashoes.com.

International Shipping

We’re working on expanding our shipping options. At this time, we do not ship internationally beyond the U.S. and Mexico. Stay tuned for future updates.
