Refund policy

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. We’ll cover the cost of return or replacement shipping— just contact us at hello@cayucashoes.com and we’ll take care of it.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Do you offer exchanges?
We’re happy to help with size exchanges when available.
