Product Availability & Craft

All Cayucas products are handcrafted in Mexico using natural materials. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of what makes each pair unique.

Selling in the United States & Mexico

Cayucas operates and sells products in both the United States and Mexico.

Orders placed for delivery within Mexico may be fulfilled locally, while U.S. and international orders may be fulfilled through our U.S. operations. Pricing, taxes, shipping times, and applicable consumer protections may vary by country.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to the laws and regulations of the country where the order is fulfilled.

Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. For Mexico-based purchases, pricing may be shown in MXN and may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on local requirements.

Cayucas reserves the right to update prices, currency displays, and product offerings at any time.

Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country. Cayucas is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or shipping carriers.

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within a limited window after purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

Cayucas is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, customs delays, or natural events.
