Cruz is a women's black leather slip-on huarache handmade in Sahuayo, Michoacán, Mexico. Handwoven from genuine leather, this open-back style combines traditional Mexican huarache craftsmanship with the ease of an everyday slip-on sandal.
Designed to be easy to wear and made in small batches by skilled artisans, Cruz features a woven leather upper, open heel and black sole for a versatile, understated finish.
Materials
Upper: Crafted from genuine vegetable-tanned leather, individually cut and handwoven by skilled artisans in Mexico. Vegetable tanning creates durable leather that naturally develops a rich patina over time, making every pair unique. With regular wear, the leather gradually softens and molds to the shape of your feet for a more personalized fit.
Sole: Natural crepe sole designed for everyday comfort, flexibility, and reliable traction.

Cruz features a woven leather upper that gradually softens and adapts to your feet with wear, making it comfortable for a range of foot widths.
If you usually wear a whole size:

About the Fit
Cruz’s vegetable-tanned leather may feel slightly firm or fitted across the foot at first. With regular wear, the woven upper will naturally soften and mold to the shape of your feet.
The leather will soften and give slightly in width, but the sandal will not stretch in length. If your toes extend beyond the sole or you are unsure between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Care
Gently wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking your shoes, as genuine vegetable-tanned leather may darken slightly when exposed to excess moisture. Allow them to air dry naturally and store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
