We wanted to make a shoe you don’t have to think twice about.
Something you reach for instinctively — on a walk, on a trip, on an ordinary day that turns into something more. Cayucas are made to be worn often and lived in, becoming part of your daily rhythm.

Un trabajo bien hecho, desde el origen.

Each pair of Cayucas is handwoven in Sahuayo, Michoacán, Mexico using traditional huarache techniques that have existed long before us. This craft is the foundation of the shoe — not a detail, not an accent. We approach it with respect, carrying it forward carefully, knowing it connects past hands to present lives.

Sin prisas, pero con mucho cuidado.

We choose to make Cayucas in small runs. It keeps us close, to the process, to the people, to the decisions we're making along the way. Growing slowly allows us to prioritize quality and care, and to build something that feels considered rather than rushed. Drop 01 is 150 pairs. When they sell out, we close the window and start the next one
